are potentially going to buy. It is of utmost importance you view the site and get a feel for the local area and
amenities before committing to buying a property.Europa Sunshine Homes will help you during this stage of the buying process. We will organise for you to be involved in an agent/developer’s inspection trip or we can organise our own independent tailored trip - the choice is yours. Unless you prefer otherwise one of our consultants would normally escort you on the trip.
The inspection trips are normally 2-3 days and are a combination of activity and relaxation. You will find them an informative and reassuring part of your decision making process and most importantly they are completely "pressure free".
