Although they sound obvious, these are the steps we encourage our clients to take when choosing a property.
Consider:
  1. Your maximum budget.
  2. Which part of the country you prefer.
  3. The number of bedrooms and type of property (villa, apartment, townhouse).
  4. New or resale (new can take up to two years to build).
  5. Type of location (rural, town, coast, near or on golf course).
  6. How is it going to be financed?
